Walmart Temiskaming Shores celebrated its Grand Re-Opening with an official ribbon-cutting ceremony. The event was attended by Store Manager Pujan, Assistant Manager Gina, the Regional Manager, store associates, and community guests, including the Mayor and Monica Jarabek, Acting Vice Principal of New Liskeard Public School.

During the celebration, Walmart presented a generous $1,000 donation to the NLPS Food and Nutrition Program.

"From all of the applications we received, we chose yours because it is meaningful to us to support local kidsịỊshared Gina, Assistant Manager at Walmart Temiskaming Shores.

It was a wonderful morning of community partnership. The ongoing support of local donors makes a meaningful impact every day by providing students with healthy snacks at school, helping to eliminate barriers to learning and ensuring students feel welcomed, supported, and well-nourished at NLPS.
