BRAND STANDARDS

Procedures

1.0             Board Name

1.1             The name District School Board Ontario North East (DSB1)is the copyrighted property of the Board. 

1.2             The abbreviated name for District School Board Ontario North East is DSB1.  The accronym ‘DSBONE’ may not be used. 

2.0             Logos

2.1             The DSB1 logos are the copyrighted property of the Board.

2.2             No variation in the design and colour of the logos as found in the DSB1 Brand Guide is permitted, except as explicitly approved by the Chief Executive Officer’s office. 

2.3             The use of the DSB1 Logo is restricted to internal use by Board staff and in line with the DSB1 Brand Guide, except where approved by the Director of Education. 

2.4             Requests for the use of the DSB1 Logo on external organizations’ promotional materials, such as to demonstrate a partnership, must be sent to the Communications Department for approval by the Director of Education.
