TRUSTEE EXPENSES 

1.0             Rationale

District School Board Ontario North East (DSB1), provides this policy to promote financial integrity, accountability, transparency and to ensure expense reimbursement for trustee out-of-pocket expenses within the scope of conducting board business is fair and reasonable.

It is the policy of DSB1 to reimburse trustee’s for out-of-pocket expenses incurred while attending approved conferences, workshops, seminars, training courses, meetings or while travelling on board business in the performance of trustee related duties.
