1.0 Rationale

The purpose of this policy is to balance transparency and accountability with security and administrative efficiency.

2.0 Definitions

Meeting Recording: Any video reproduction of a Board proceeding, including regular, special, or committee meetings, captured for the purpose of minute-taking or record-keeping.

3.0 Policy

A Trustee may access the meeting recordings, in-person, through the Executive Assistant to the CEO or designate.

Recordings are available for 60 days from the date of the Board proceeding.
