Kids Help Phone

During Mental Health lessons, Ms. Archer’s Grade 5/6 and Mrs. Carre’s Grade 6 classes participated in a Kids Help Phone session with a mental health counsellor. Students learned about available supports and how stigma can make it harder to ask for help.

On Snow Ski Program

Grade 5 and 6 Students at Timmins Centennial enjoyed all of our snow by participating in the schools on snow ski program at Mount Jamieson Resort.

Clayton Brown Public School Ice Fishing Activity

Ms. Gibbons’ Grade 6–7–8 class had a fantastic afternoon ice fishing with Follow Her North! There were lots of laughs, plenty of fun, and great learning! Thank you to Ms. Godfrey for taking this idea and turning it into such a wonderful experience for everyone!

Paint, Sip & Snack Night Brings Our School Community Together

Golden Avenue Public School was filled with creativity, laughter, and connection as families came together for a Paint, Sip & Snack Night, welcoming over 80 members of our school community. Led by our Child and Youth Worker, Ms. Erica, and supported by staff, the event provided a warm and relaxed space for families to paint, enjoy snacks, and connect beyond the school day.

Strategic Plan

We are pleased to share our 2025-2029 Strategic Plan, which guides our collective work towards preparing our learners for their future success.

The Strategic Plan focuses on three key priorities: Achieve, Belong and Create. Each priority is supported by three strategic actions to guide decision-making, measure progress, and strengthen impact.
