what do you mean do you have a problem yeah yeah kind of light I'm honestly kind of stressed out and I've never been this stressed out so I can you guys come on to help with that surskit start all right if you don't know if she did my name is Mister stress and I'm missing stress we're both here and ruin LPS so you said you had a running from so we're actually dealt with a few of those and here's one really heartwarming story The Billy Thompson he was a loser yeah he's a run and then came a big race and came to us in and we gave him a song about that mindset. soap at the start of your race I ran a few times when you're nervous car when you have to I have the gun and it's all quiet and I like 32 this is a way that you can call me or when you are actually at the stoplight so we call it box. so becoming a box starts up like this and breathe in hold it for 40 seconds breathe out call Matt breathe out before breathe it it's all about the square you start off you breathe in 4 seconds hold it for S read that 4 seconds World Tour s it's just a complete box in Tokyo and that's one of the greatest things about box breathing and keep you, and when you add a rates you need to be calm you can have all these things going through your head so do it with me so it's all just it's just a box start here if it's just a complete you're going all around okay so make sure that you do that at the starting line it'll it'll help you out so that's what I have to say make sure to have that stuck in your memory is it don't help you and I know so I miss just got everything so yeah if you're positive that you're starting line you will do much better than thinking negative thoughts like you're going to trip you're going to lose to talk positive so you got this come on go faster you will do much better you know there's a teacher used to say it was like he said it's like you're so you're going so you're going to hit the tree because that's all you're focussed on it so when you're running you can't be thinking oh no no no I'm going to trip over here come the big rock I might hit the rock you have to focus and say I'm going to just keep going faster get that good paint and I'm keep going you have to have you cannot be thinking about negative things because that just turned out negative negative equals negative and positive positive in the breathing will slow down your heart rate when you're running you don't want to bring toothbrush I just have to think positive and yeah that's all it is and if you need a friend for a hugger friend of pump you up I drink water right before the race and after we can print out a box breathing paper for you priority have a nice day
