Assessment & Evaluation
The main goal of assessment, evaluation, grading, and reporting is to help students learn better. Our teachers use fair and meaningful assessment methods to support student success with the provincial curriculum. The points below provide information and guidance in this area.
Kindergarten
Grade 1 - 12
EQAO
EQAO runs Ontario’s provincial testing program. These tests check students’ reading, writing, and math skills at three points between kindergarten and Grade 12. EQAO also helps organize Ontario students’ participation in national and international tests.
