Students in Hearst Benefit Enhanced Ready to Learn Breakfast Program

The schools and District School Board Ontario North East (DSB1) extend sincere thanks to Caisse Alliance, Rotary Club, and Villeneuve Construction for their meaningful contributions in support of student well-being in Hearst.

These community donations directly support DSB1’s Strategic Priorities of Achieve, Belong, and Create by helping remove barriers to learning, fostering a sense of care and belonging within the school community, and creating environments where every student can thrive.

“When our students’ basic needs are met, they are better able to focus, learn, and succeed. We are deeply grateful to our community partners for their generosity and commitment to our students,” said David Cyr, Principal at Clayton Brown Public School and Hearst High School.

The Ready to Learn Breakfast Program provides students with consistent access to nutritious food each school day, reinforcing the strong connection between well-being and academic success.
