Summer Transcript Requests

If you require a district or secondary school transcript during the summer months, please submit your request via email to info@dsb1.ca. 

To ensure fast processing, make sure to include:

  • Your full name 
  • The name of the last school you attended 
  • Valid, government-issued photo ID
