We know that the holiday break will be different this year. It has been a challenging year, and it has taken a toll on the mental health of many families and children. Beyond this, with school being closed, some of the usual supports for your children might not be available.
Students and families can access personalized mental health services and supports during the holidays. These are delivered in-person, on the phone and virtually through local community mental health agencies, health centers, and provincial helplines.
