Students at Central Public School fared well at the recent Robotics Challenge hosted by Science Timmins. After designing, building and programming robots to compete in a timed maze challenge, a head-to head robotic sumo match, and a creative show and tell, Central students took gold and silver in their age group. Federal Public School students took 3rd place, with this being their first time competing in this event. Very strong results for Kirkland Lake schools!
