District School Board Ontario North East recognizes high standards are expected of a public body when purchasing goods and services. The Board recognizes the need to provide the most effective, efficient and economical manner, materials, supplies and services that will be available at the proper time, in the proper place, in quantity, quality and price consistent with requirements of the Board.
