3.1 The Board will ensure that third-party guest speakers hosted across the district align with curriculum expectations, Strategic Plan priorities, and support welcoming and affirming school environments.
3.2 The Board will inform families of any third-party guest speaker at least 14 calendar days prior to the event, including details on the topic, organization being represented and materials being shared with students.
