District School Board Ontario North East is committed to dealing with the expectations and standards established in accordance with the Education Act, Ontario Regulations 472/07 and 440/20, Legislation of Bill 212, 157 and Policy/Program Memorandum (PPM) 128 (The Provincial Code of Conduct and School Board Codes of Conduct), PPM 141 (School Board Programs for Students on Long Term Suspension), PPM 142 (School Board Programs for Expelled Students), PPM 144 (Bullying Prevention and Intervention), PPM 145 (Progressive Discipline and Promoting Positive Student Behaviour) and PPM 119 (Developing and Implementing Equity and Inclusive Education Policies in Ontario Schools). The following procedures set the actions for managing and dealing with infractions.
