The safety of students is the first priority and joint responsilbity of families, trustees, school staff and community members. A safe arrival program is a system of procedures that can be used to account for any pupil’s unexplained failure to arrive at school.
District School Board Ontario North East is committed to the implementation of a safe arrival program in all elementary schools. DSB Ontario North East school staff will follow the procedures associated with this policy.
