This policy outlines a set of procedures to provide the framework for ongoing professional growth and performance appraisal of the professional practices of educational assistants. It is the policy of District School Board Ontario North East to ensure quality performance and professional development of educational assistants. The Educational Assistant Performance Appraisal is executed to ensure this occurs.
