Participants will learn about stigma, mental health, and ways to help reduce stress, anxiety and depression. Through activities, discussions and relatable scenarios, young people will make connections with others by hearing from those experiencing struggles with their mental well-being. They will learn how to identify the signs of stress, anxiety, and depression and receive practical strategies that can help them to reduce their symptoms. All participants will be provided with handouts on tips on reducing stress and ways to use social media to benefit their mental health, along with information on how to access the BounceBack’s coaching and workbook program.
