If you are unable to complete this before visiting the school, you will have an opportunity to do so then.
Bring the following documentation with you:
Proof of Child's Age (birth certificate or passport)
Immunization Records (if you are joining us from outside Ontario)
Proof of Residence (document with physical address on it - driver's license, utility bill, etc.)
Immigration Papers (if applicable)
Court Documents for Custody/Access (if applicable)
